Caring Veterinarians in West Chester, PA

Dr. Brenda Perkins graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. She is a graduate of Westtown School, Swarthmore College, and has a MS from the University of Delaware. She came to West Chester in 1987, and has owned the practice since 1993.
She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, the American Association of Feline Practitioners, and the American Heartworm Society. Along with her husband and two sons, she shares her house with one cat and two dogs, and shows the dogs in AKC obedience trials. She enjoys gardening and traveling.

Dr. Meg Garvey graduated from veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania in 1990. Prior to that, she earned a Master’s degree in Marine Studies at the University of Delaware. She has worked at West Chester Animal Hospital since 2002. Her interests include geriatrics and aquatic animal medicine. She is a Mom to two girls and a boy, and two dogs and a cat!
Dr. Randi G. Fonseca has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery in Chester County since 1989. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School and joined West Chester Animal Hospital in 2006. Dr. Fonseca's special interests include geriatric medicine and cytology. She lives in Chester County with her husband, two sons, and black lab Harley.
Dr. Michele S Rundell first had a career as a registered nurse, followed by receiving her bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh and then graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She has worked in veterinary medicine since then, first on the Main Line and then in Wilmington, Delaware. She has been at West Chester Animal Hospital since 2012. Her interests include dentistry in felines. She lives in Delaware County with her husband, two daughters and a son. She has two dogs and one cat.
